Cloudflare
This site is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare provides DNS, HTTPS encryption and protection against attacks, and in doing so processes your full IP address and technical connection data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified. If you email me, I only use your details to reply and delete them afterwards. Emails to [email protected] are forwarded to my inbox via Cloudflare.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data and object to its processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just send me an email. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of Rhineland-Palatinate.
Changes
I update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The current version always applies.

Cloudflare sorgt für DNS, HTTPS-Verschlüsselung und Schutz vor Angriffen und verarbeitet dabei deine vollständige IP-Adresse sowie technische Verbindungsdaten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag. Die Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework, unter dem Cloudflare zertifiziert ist. Wenn du mir schreibst, nutze ich deine Angaben nur zur Beantwortung und lösche sie danach. E-Mails an [email protected] werden über Cloudflare an mein Postfach weitergeleitet.

Du kannst Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Übertragung deiner Daten verlangen und der Verarbeitung widersprechen (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Schreib mir dafür einfach eine E-Mail. Beschweren kannst du dich beim Landesdatenschutzbeauftragten Rheinland-Pfalz.
